TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “FETE WITH VUSE” CONTEST

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the contest consisting of a chance to win one (1) of the four (4) carnival t-shirt packages available.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of a conflict or inconsistency with any other communication.

By participating in this contest, entrants will agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Contest Promoter, Carreras Limited, 8 Automotive Parkway, Kingston 20 hereinafter (the “Promoter”).

ELIGIBLE CONTEST PARTICIPANTS

The contest is open to all persons, here in after (“Eligible Participants”), who meet the following three criteria:

Be over 18 years of age

Consumers of nicotine products

Have filled out the registration form in the landing page https://landing.vuse.com/jamaica_carnival_2026

Complete their registration by clicking on the link in the Confirmation Email received on the email registered

The contest does not apply to Carreras Limited employees and direct family members.

The necessary measures will be applied to assure the integrity and legality of the contest:

Only persons over the age of 18 will be able to participate in the contest. The age of majority will be verified through an official identity document (Drivers Licence, voters ID or Passport).

The winner will contacted on the email registered to confirm that he or she is over 18 years of age and a nicotine consumer, as well as his or her companions through the mechanisms established in the section “Selection, notification of winner and delivery of the prize” of these Terms and Conditions.

Each Eligible Participant is allowed to participate any number of times in the contest for a single prize delivery. Winners will not be able to re enter the contest.

In the event of allegations, misuse of any platform to obtain favourability or win the contest, or any evidence linking the winner to the use of bots or creation of multiple accounts, or database purchases, Carreras Limited reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the prize and choose the next eligible participant from the list of winners as long as they are selected during the "Verification Period" and fully comply with the rest of the terms.

CONTEST DURATION

The contest begins on the 15th of February 2026 at 12:00 am Jamaica Time and ends on the 8th of April 2026 at 11:59pm Jamaica Time. Participants will not be allowed to participate in the contest outside of the hours listed above.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST

Purchase at least one (1) Vuse Go 8000.

Register on the landing page by filling out the form (Name, Last Name, Email, Date of birth) and submitting the picture of your receipt. The picture must be clear with date, hour and product purchased clearly visible.

Each receipt can only be sent once. The participants can send more receipts by filling out the form several times to have more chances to win, but must always use the same email address.

All eligible entries, regardless of the method of entry, will have an equal chance of winning.

Every two weeks one winner will be selected (Jamaica time): on the 26th of February 2026 at 12:00pm, 12th of March at 12:00pm, 26th of March at 12:00pm and 9th of April at 12:00pm.

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to have their name and/or username published in @vuse.caribbean Instagram profile once they are chosen as a winner. Under no circumstances should your participation be registered under a false identity. We reserve the right to take additional steps to ensure the integrity of the contest.

PRIZE

The prize consists of the delivery of one (1) of the four (4) carnival t-shirt packages available.

SELECTION, NOTIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

There will be one (1) winner every two weeks on the 26th of February 2026 at 12:00pm, 12th of March at 12:00pm, 26th of March at 12:00pm and 9th of April at 12:00pm. Each one (1) winner will be randomly selected and contacted via the email registered.

The winner will be called and given a 30 minute window to answer after initial call. If there is no response within a 30 minute window, a new winner will be randomly selected and the process will be repeated. The initial calls will be performed on the 26th of February 2026 at 12:00pm, 12th of March at 12:00pm, 26th of March at 12:00pm and 9th of April at 12:00pm.

The winner will be asked to share the following information via Email: Full name, Email registered, and photograph of the ID documents. All information collected will be handled in accordance with the privacy notice. Details must match the information submitted on the registration form on landing page.

The winner must visit Carreras office on 27th of February 2026 at 10:00am, 13th of March at 10:00am, 27th of March at 10:00am and 10th of April at 10:00am to pick up the prize and have a video and picture taken. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have their image and name and/or username published in @vuse.caribbean Instagram profile.

Winners will be announced via email and @vuse.caribbean 27th of February 2026 at 4:30pm, 13th of March at 4:30pm, 27th of March at 4:30pm and 10th of April at 4:30pm via post and/or story with their name and/or username and video and/or picture if there is one available.

Prizes will be delivered to the winners up to 10 business days after the final draw on April 10th.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the information of eligible entrants and their companions at the time of winner selection (see "Eligible Contest Participants" section), confirming that they comply with these terms and conditions for participation in the competition. Conversely, failure to comply with same will result in the release of the following person on the list of eligible participants as long as they are selected during the "Verification Period".

VERIFICATION PERIOD

From the start of the contest on the 15th of February 2026 at 12:00 am Jamaica Time and until the end on the 8th of April 2026 at 11:59pm Jamaica Time, every person will have the opportunity to participate on one of the two week windows. Until the end of the contest on 8th of April 2026 at 11:59pm Jamaica Time, this time will be considered as the verification period where it will be analysed that the eligible participants comply with the conditions established in these terms and conditions. During this verification period, and for the remainder of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right to discard any eligible entrant who reflects, in the Promoter's sole discretion, any type of fraud, or attempted fraud, as well as any breach of the terms and conditions described herein in order to ensure transparency in the mechanics of the activity.

Privacy Notice

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being used, altered, disclosed, or accessed in an unauthorized way. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents and contractors who directly facilitate this competition. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. The information gathered will be stored for 3 years and you will be contacted should any other promotional opportunity arise.

The Promoter reserves the right not to effectively deliver the prize to the winner and choose a replacement only if winner is selected during the "Verification Period" and duly complies with the process established above and the rest of the terms and conditions, in the event of any of the following circumstances:

If the winner doesn’t accept the privacy notice within three (3) hours of receiving the notice, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize, without the right to file a claim for compensation against the Promoter and it will be awarded to the next person on the contest winners list.

If the winner does not provide the full requested information: Full name and photograph of the identity documents and evidence of their majority of age.

If the winner cannot be contacted after three (3) hours after the winner is announced, the prize will be awarded to the preceding entrant in the chronological order of contest winners list.

If the winner refuses to accept their prize, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize, without the right to file a claim for compensation against the Promoter and it will be awarded to the next person on the contest winners list.

If one prize is accepted, the winner refuses to receive it or complete the corresponding process, a replacement will be chosen in accordance with the previsions of these Terms and Conditions.

For all circumstances described above, the Promoter, by the means it deems appropriate, will document what happened.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

The prize will be subject to the following conditions:

The Promoter reserves the right to announce the winner within 24 hours before or after the date set out in the "Selection, Notification of Winner and Delivery of the Prize" section in order to ensure the transparency of the mechanics of the activity.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend the number of winners if no other eligible entrant is selected by the end of the "Verification Period" who complies with all of the terms and conditions described herein.

The prize is personal and untransferable. It will not be exchangeable, under any circumstances, for another good or service. The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize in the way it deems most convenient, following the parameters established in these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter will not deliver a prize other than the one established in these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time at the Promoter's discretion.

The prize is not transferable, negotiable, nor can it be traded or exchanged for any other good. In the event that the winning participant attempts to perform any of these acts, they will be disqualified, and the prize will not be awarded to that person. Therefore, another will be selected, in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Prior to participating in the activity, participants have accepted these terms and conditions, as well as the processing of their personal data within the framework of the before mentioned contest. It is understood that the winner is aware of the existence of the restrictions, conditions and limitations of the activity, the prize, and the participation for all consequent legal effects; including the necessary documentation to be able to enjoy this.
